another ati 1950pro thread im afraid

Hi everyone

i know this question had been answered a billion times but as far as i read, no alternative was suggested.

Im interested in purchasing an ati 1950pro 256mb for gaming mainly, however am in doubt whether my psu can handle it.

system specs are as follows

hp workstation xw4400
c2d e6600
2gig ram
1 hdd
1 lightscribe dvd rw
460watts psu (seems to say 12v 15a on it)
pci x16 slot (currently with nvidia quadro fx540 128mb)

if my psu cant handle it, then what is the next best option.
All help appreciated.

i guess the jury's spoken, i gotta upgrade my psu. Thanks for the quick yet informative replies loadsa money and tom nbk. Now changing the topic completely, upgrading my psu isnt a problem financially. It is however when changing it, as i have no clue. any tips?
