Another BSOD in BF3

Sorry to make another one of these but I think mines a little different, I have always had BSOD in BF3 and I think its about time I’ve gotten to the bottom of it.
Even though I always overclock I have replaced all hardware within this time and I still get it, new ram, MB, CPU, everything is stable in other games and stress tests.
The only thing I haven’t changed is my 6990 but I have tired multiple drivers and it isn’t overclocked.
The only thing I can think is my TX750 Corsair PSU isn’t good enough for my 6990 3770k @ 4.8GHZ and 16GB with 2 HDD's, what do you think? (though I was running a i7 920 before).
I run NOD32 as well.

What speed did you run your i920 at? I think mine draws nearly 200W @4GHz, I doubt your 3770k is using as much unless you really ramped up the voltage.
