hi,
another BSOD which was process_has_locked_pages
all i did was to try join a online game of Armed Assault and game froze, ctrl alt del out and taskbar said game had stopped responding so i closed it down and then BSOD

im using vista 64bit
6700 core duo
680i sli evga motherboard
2gb ocz sli ram
g/force 8800 768mb

any ideas whats at fault.

no overclocking at all all set to default

apart from h/w failure (and I'd look at psu first), maybe you're looking at s/w failure - drivers (network/graphics/etc), or application (are you running beta at all?). do you get failures on any other games or applications. have you run an orthos blend test (hopefully unlikely if you're not o/c) to rule out your own system? hth

ive done a memtest for 8 hrs with no faults so i guess that counts the ram out.

google for orthos_exe_20060420.cab you should find a source.

btw, if you can take 8 hours of memtest - I'd be thinking drivers rather than system at this point. check for any game patches, and sound and graphic driver updates. hth
