Another Build issue

Hi,

I have just purchased a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3, i have installed this with a Corsair HX520Watt PSU, Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 CPU, 1 x 1Gb Stick of Corsair XMS2 Ram, and a Club x1650 Pro PCI-X GPU.

When i attach the power The CPU fan and PSu power up but it will not post. I have everything attached and cleared the cmos

I have tried a Core 2 Duo E6400, a Corsair HX620Watt PSU and 2 x 1 GB Sticks of Corsair Dominator PC2-8500 CAS 5 Ram.
Whats is causing this as i cannot seem to be able to get this machine working.

Got the 4-pin 12v ATX connector plugged in? Might be worth checking out this thread http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17636047 as well.

yeah have all the connectors on, i know the ram/psu and cpu work as i have tested them on a in9 32x mobo. The gigabyte is ver 3.3.
