If it's insured and has a tracking number then that is exactly what BFG are asking for. Why pay more?

If these items are less than a year old then, strictly speaking, you should be contacting the supplier, not the manufacturer, since the contract of sale is with them. Also, within 6 months you are well within your rights to ask the supplier to collect the faulty goods...

i would pay the delivery but would expect it back,no way would i let them get away with it
