Another case selection plea!

Hi all.

I'm interested in taking the plunge and building my first water-cooled PC. I'm a bit nervous about the build so it needs to be simple to put together as well; I've never done any case-modding before. I'd be aiming to watercool the CPU and an 8800GTS.

Essentially I want to put this: Swiftech H20 200 Apex Ultra

into a case that will not need much if any modding. I'd expect to hang the radiator on the back of the case using the RadBox.

I've narrowed it down to two choices:
Lian Li PC-A16B, http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-085-LL&tool=3

or Akasa Mirage 62, http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-017-AK&groupid=701&catid=7&subcat=507

Firstly, can I use the water-cooling holes in the Lian Li to route the tubes through the case? Is there enough room in it to fit the kind of setup I'm talking about?

If I go for a case without holes, like the Akasa, how difficult is it to make holes for the tubes. Bear with me, I've never done any drilling into a case before! What would I need and how would I do it?

Any other suggestions would be very welcome - thanks a lot in advance for any help.

The Antecs look as if they don't have removable motherboard trays which might be a minus in my view.
