I'm trying to upgrade the firmware on an ATA 186 (well 2 actually, but the process should be the same)
One is running:

The other is running:

Version: v3.1.1 atasccp (Build 040610A)
DHCP Assigned: IP[192.168.110.43] Subnet[255.255.255.0] Route[192.168.110.1]
MAC: 0.19.196.41.122.156
SerialNumber: INM09161MDG
ProductId: ATA186I2-A
Features: 0x00000016
HardwareVersion: 0x0010 0x0000
To cut a long story short I want to upgrade this to the latest SIP firmware/image, (I have downloaded the image from Cisco, but haven't got much of a clue when it comes to upgrading it.)
I have tried TFTP, but it asks for:
03/04/2006 21:34 :TFTP Error from 192.168.110.44 requesting ata000e8349d1a9 : File does not exist
03/04/2006 21:34 :TFTP Error from 192.168.110.44 requesting atadefault.cfg : File does not exist
I have no idea what how to make these
Also using the "sata186us" upgrade utility it just says "upgrade failed" afterwards.

(Note I am NOT asking for any files for which privileged Cisco Access would be required I do have a log in, so if the are needed just let me know where I should be looking on cisco's site)
