Another COD 4 mod question

Have just set my own server for my mates and myself to play on and I've got a lot of custom maps I've added to the rotation. To do this you have to create your own "mod" which is simply a folder in the mods folder.

The problem is that when you load into the game, everyone starts at rank one instead of the rank they have unlocked in the vanilla game. How can I get everyone to have the correct rank?
