another cooling question!!!!!

I have the"Titan Accelerator" 4850. - now I've nevered bothered to much about how hot the pc gets which is why my old Acer pc melted a while back!!!!.
Looking at the ATI control center I noticed the GPU temp is 66c but the GPU activty is 0.Need I worry???
Here's the spec of my pc;
Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "Energy Efficient SLACR 95W Edition" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) Overclocked to 3.30GHz!
- Asus P5Q Intel P45 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
- HIS ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI PCI-Express
- Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 PC2-6400C5 TwinX
- Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler
- Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB SATA-II 32MB Cache
- LG GGC-H20L Blu-Ray Reader & HD-DVD ROM Serial ATA Drive
- OCZ StealthXStream 500w Silent ATX2 Power Supply
The Case is a Antic 900.

sorry i cant help with your question but i thought i would just say

My dad has 2 ATI X1950 and his runs at 66C wile idle. so it could be normal? but i wouldent know sorry.
 
They do idle warm, my 8800GTX idles around 70-80c, I have it watercooled and idles around 40c - 45c.
