Another CPU Cooler for S775 (E8400)

I have an older Asus P5E3 Premium matched with a E8400 (not O/C) and right now is being cooled via a Zalman CNPS7700-AlCu I was wonder what people would suggest to bring the noise down right now it will be going into a Fractal Design Refine XL so room might be tight at the top of the case, budget is £50 will go for more if i HAVE to but would prefer not too.
