Another crash in game.

Hello,

Was playing L4d for about 15minutes and then it just froze and had to restart my pc by pressing the button.

This has happened in Crysis, now L4D

It never freezes when my computer is just browsing internet etc, but seems to be only on games.

I have ran furmark for about 6mins and GC was running at about 83c with fan at 21%

I have ran memtest 86 for 10hours and it came up with no errors.

The onlythings i have not tested are CPU and HDD.

CPU (E7400) is @ stock so i can't see why that is crashing.

Any help would be brilliant.

Until recently, I thought that Furmark would show up any graphics card stability problems. Until another poster here stated his card was the cause of his came artifacts and lock ups. Furmark was fine.

We recreated some gaming problems with the card in my machine, but again, furmark was ok.

have you looked at running fan at about 35-40% Its possible games stress card more tha furmark and it is a heat issue, not saying it is just offering opinion

yea i will run some temps whilst gaming seeing what it is. But it's going to hard to know if it is defiantly my GPU. Seems like that though.

If i keeps on happening is it worth giving OcUK a ring?
