Another Crysis 2 Query?

I'm really new to PC gaming, and don't really understand a great deal about it. However. I got myself Crysis 2 and noticed there isn't a great deal of graphics options to tweak. I just put it on Hardcore and everything seems fine. However is this really maxing out the AA and all that other good stuff?

Cheers. Will give it a try. However, will manually setting everything to the max be the same as just setting it to Hardcore?

edit - I should refresh first. Set everything to extreme for the highest settings.
