Another Dell related question

I just recieved another panel and it came bubble wrapped, also in the stats menu it says it's been on for 1 hour 51 minutes apparantly.

Is this a refurbished unit?

I must say I'm pretty pleased so far, the blacks seem deeper although the white isn't as crisp as the other screen. The blacks are more important, I can deal with it.

If it's a replacement then I'd say it's a refurb/return.
I've had a replacement from Dell before, got a 2405 for my 2005, so I wasn't too upset about it not being brand new. Other than not coming in an original box with all the packaging, it was in perfect condition.
