Another Enta Threads

Enta Office Packages ?

Hi All ..I have made up my mind to go with an Enta package ,but i,m wondering what advantage you get from an Office package over the home packages ? apart from the higher upload speeds ? Is the performance the same or is it better as its designed to be used for a business ?

the off peak times are different. you get 8pm - 8am (instead of 10pm-8am on home). so you can start hammering the downloads 2 hours earlier. :p

also business packages get higher priority if there is congestion on the BT network but this rarely affects anyone. on the enta side, you'll still get the same performance and will subject to the anti-loss tool kicking in when it's busy.

Hi All its me again ha! i have aready posted a praise thread for Enta ,but i wanted to just start this new one ,and add something else which would make my last thread jumbled ,if you follow ha! It is the point about some peoples reviews of the Enta Resellers service ,some of the negative comments are very miss leading ,as they just say its a bad service and speeds are slow etc etc ,but if they are all using the same company ,then surely they all should have negative reviews ? When really all its about is how quick the phone is answered in the support dept ? which in my view is not a good reason to give a bad review .And in my view doesn,t everything have a bad day, week or year in business ? Sorry if i have gone on ,but didn,t want to mess up the last thread, and thought this was a view to share with u nice folks ;)

Unlimited connections do exist, you just have to pay for them and that's where the problem lies. People won't. UKFSN actually do an unlimited download 8mbit option at a not too unrealistic price (£168/month), the problem is people seem to think that because they pay a token amount say £15-20 each month on a service billed as 'unlimited' they can have a 1:1 connection 24/7 and the ISP is left to pick up the costs. I'd love my road tax to give me my own personal lane on the motorway with a guaranteed 70mph speed but somehow it doesn't look like that'll be happening any time soon either unless it's 3am... and all the students have gone home ... hmm that sounds familiar ?

What I do like about Enta and it's resellers is they are up front and honest about the pricing and how they manage the network.

The pricing on the unlimited Enta connections went up (though they are effective 1st March). Max Extreme goes from £70ish to £145ish. I guess they've been looking at the figures.
