There will be two, possibly three moounting bolts, then there's the charging lead stud.
First order of business is to disconnect the earthing lead (generally black one) from the battery.
Then loosen the mounting bolts on the alternator.
Then, if it has one, loosen the tensioner bolt.
Then take the belt off the pulley.
Take the charging lead off the back of thealternator and unplug the regulator harness.
Then remove the mounting bolts the rest of the way.
Manhandle the alternator out of its place in the engine bay.
Reverse the process to reinstall, with one addition : Tension the belt using the tensioner if it has one to where there is only a 1/4 - 1/2 inch play in the belt with about 10-15 pounds force on the belt. If there's no bolt style tensioner, use a prybar on the housing of the alternator and a handy part of the engine block.
Now, one of the mounting bolts will be in a slider bracket. This is the one that you'll want to tighten first when you're tensioning the belt. Then you can release the prybar and do the rest of the bolts up.
Be sure if you have a stock stereo that you have the activation code for the head unit BEFORE you take the battery off!!!
[edit] I'll try and find some pics if it'll help.
Ok, pics are here. Now these are from totally different cars than yours, but the alternator will look reasonably the same....
In this picture you can see the slider bracket (the gold coloured part) and the mounting bolt that goes through it.
In this picture you can see the other two mounting bolts for this type of alternator. It has a kind of strange bracket on it (the part that looks like it crosses the black radiator pipe/hose). Normally the pivot bracket looks like this though:
