Another first build thread

First off as this is my first post, Hello I've been lurking around for the last week and have learned a great deal theres so much info on this forum which for me a complete newbie to building computers a great help.

Anyway down to business after much research the parts I have chosen are as follows with the plan to overclock hopefully to around 4.4ghz.

Any Though suggestions or criticisms most welcome

Just realised I never replied to this thread, thanks everyone for your help with this unfortunately my build has just been put on hold as Im going away soon some place hot for 6 months so figured may as well wait until I get back as prices will most likely have dropped. Also I will have a much larger budget to play with so thinking I7 sandybridge setup instead with a much better graphics card
