Hey all,

It's my first build, and although Knubje is helping me, he hasn't built one in a long time. I would appreciate someone with a bit more experience looking over this proposed spec for me and let me know where I've no doubt mucked up.

Total 1312.10

It's mainly a gaming rig, but I'm a programmer and muck about with 3d rendering etc as well. Don't need an OS or any other peripherals, just the rig.

Cheers,
Ruddles

All looks good, but 150 gig can get chewed through pretty quick when it comes to HDD's nowadays, Id look at maube add a 1Tb samsung spinpoint for storage, or if you want to keep it super quick get another raptor and stick em in RAID0 = 300 gig available at superfast speeds. Nice rig either way, enjoy

Ah yeah sorry, meant to say I have another HDD in my current machine I'm going to put in this one. Saves copying files about.

Cheers.
