Another game without southpaw controls...another game I won't be buying.

Not putting southpaw controls into console shooters is turning into a joke, how can developers spend millions on making a game, and then 'forget' something as trivial as putting in southpaw controls.

And NO, its not a case of 'adjusting and getting used to it' nor is it a matter of being left handed.

obviously a huge proble with the amount of comments on em all :/

a lot of the options for BF2 u cant get too any way

Heh, you think that's bad. I tried playing Goldeneye with a PS2-style pad a while back, and it's so weird having one stick control movement forward and back AND turning nowadays, and no way to actually change it to the current (far better) scheme. :p

As for your problem, I do think that console games these days should be far more customisable with their controller layouts. One of the most annoying things I find is games that allow you to change controls, but then only give you maybe three or four pre-set configurations. What's the point in that? I know it takes a little more work, but it's really not that hard to write the game so it lets players choose their own setups for everything.
