Hey, so I guess I'm more looking for some reassurances more than anything.
On my way back from work, I'm on my usual route (Know fine well where all the speed cameras are, so speeding was not intentional!). Pulling away from the lights, admittedly my mind was else where and I wasn't fully concentrating, then the camera flashed. When I looked down I was doing 41 in a 30, so I immediately assumed it was me.
Now, I've done a bit of research and it believe the camera is a Gatso. Now, I am also led to believe that these will only flash in 1 direction, correct? Yet, why does the road have those line markings on both sides?
The road I was on and the camera (I was facing the camera, driving towards it): https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@55.9..._PmvHEO1iL5YQgQS4FUF!2e10!3e11!7i11000!8i5500
So what do you reckon? Am I screwed or was I lucky?
Just a bit annoyed as I drive that road EVERY day, so it's not like I didn't know it was there.
