Another I Tunes Issue

I've recently had to upgrade the harddrive on the pc I use to connect to my I Tunes library.

Now I can still log into the I Tunes library and obviously there's no music there, my question is does anyone know of a way (or program) that will allow me to transfer the 18gb of music from my IPod Touch back into my I Tunes library?

The only option I can see they offer is to transfer only the tunes purchased through I Tune's themselves?

Any help / advice would be greatly appreciated - I'm sure I'm not the only one thats had this problem
