Hi, finally decided to upgrade my system (specs in sig.)
Will be used for Gaming (BF3, etc.), General web and office use, bit of music production.

As I won't be looking at upgrade in next couple years I would like best options for certain price range.

Currently looking at CPU+CPU Cooler+Mobo+Ram+SSD

Update, Purchased Items:
1) motherboard: ASRock Z77 Fatal1ty Professional
2) Cpu: i5 3570K

Not sure about below, so your advices will be appriciated:
CPU Cooler for Overclocking 4ghz-4.5ghz (price range £30-£50)
RAM: 6-8GB (price range £30-£50)
SSD 120GB-160GB (price range max £70)

Thank You.

I can only go by what i purchased but the Gigabyte Z77 UD3H is decent board for this chip an overclocks superbly and it's under your £150 budget. I can't fault it.

As for cooling, assumping you're sticking to air cooled coolers, i found the Thermalright True Spirit 120 to be a decent cooler on my sons overclocked Q6600 running under 50c on fullload at 3.6Ghz.

RAM wise, we'll you can't argue that these aren't a decent buy:

Thank you, will consider motherboard.

However with current system I am using Cooler master Z600 (really big cooler)
And I am looking to OC new 3570K to 4ghz at least and I know they do get really hot.

They do.. but that should be quite comfortable on a decent air cooler.. 4.5Ghz isn't beyond most. Anymore then you are looking at water cooling as the temps do get hotter as you say.

heres my go for you, only gone oem with processor, but they dont often fail and you still get a year, besides by time you have de-lidded;) your warrentys gone anyway:D

thanks, I might go with Corsair Ram as everybody advice it.

I wonder if my PCP&C 610W Silencer be good with new ivy+gtx480, thanks
