Can anyone please throw their two pennies :)

I am looking to buy a laptop and am considering:

******************
1) ASUS ROG Strix G15 G513RM-HQ071W :
R7-6800H, RTX 3060M / 140W, QHD 165Hz 100% DCI-P3, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 90Wh battery and 240W PSU

£1300

******************

2) ASUS ROG Strix G15 Advantage Edition G513 G513QY-HQ008W :
R9 5900HX, RX 6800M 12GB, QHD 165Hz 100% DCI-P3, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 90Wh battery and 240W PSU

£1300

This has a bad reviews on Amazon, others have mentioned HDMI, RAM and SSD not the best

3) Alienware M15 R7:
R7-6800H, RTX 3060M, QHD 240Hz 100% DCI-P3, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 86Wh battery and 240W PSU

£1900

******************

4) ASUS TUF Gaming A15
R7-6800H, RTX 3060M / 140W, QHD 165Hz 100% DCI-P3, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 90Wh battery and 240W PSU

I have no idea how it differs from the Asus ROG Strix

£1100

5) ROG Zephyrus G15 (2022) GA503RS-HQ016W
R7 6800HS, RTX 3080 / 120W, QHD 165Hz 100% DCI-P3, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 90Wh battery and 240W PSU

It is "slimmer" than the Asus ROGs and 20W less power to the GPU

£1700

I just bought an Acer Helios 300 from a certain clearance account on eBay, new unopened product with a slightly damaged outer box, 17.3" QHD 165hz display model with i7 12700h, RTX 3070ti 8gb, 16gb ram, 1tb nvme for 1500, bargains to be had if you shop around.

How are you finding it? I just saw a new one (15" however) for £1,400 and I must say it's tempting.

Really enjoying it, honestly it's screen is sharp, the performance is there and fans only kick in when I'm running warzone and although turbo mode fans can be loud if in that mode, I wear headphones while gaming so don't even notice, the fans certainly help keep the laptop cooler too, I do also have a laptop mount to give it a little more air underneath as I also do on my XPS 9510.

Nice, trying to decide if it's worth upgrading from a 2070 mobile laptop.
