Hi.
Im thinking of ordering these sometime tonight:
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 500GB ST3500630AS SATA-II 16MB Cache -- To replace a failing 250Gb Hitachi.
Enermax Liberty 500W ELT500AWT ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU -- To replace a 480W Antec.
Arctic Cooling ATI 5 Rev.2 (X850 Series) VGA Silencer -- To replace a 2nd replacement for the same cooler. :p

Anything i should know about the first two components?
Can i count on the chosen components to be quiet?
After having 1 failed Silencer, and a 2nd that im using now making funny sounds, im tempted to go for the Thermalright V1 Ultra. Worth doing?

Thanks in advance all. :)

yeah get the OCZ modstream psu.. i have both and the OCZ just "feels" more expensive. Had to rma one of the enermax 500's too. this ones ok now though.
Oh and get the Western Digital 250GB SE16. I have 2 and they are really quiet, i've heard people complaining about the noise of the seagates.

Havnt heard much about the OCZ PSUs tbh.

Really? The Seagates are pimped as the best drive out around here though?

Hmm. Seems your correct about the Seagate. According to SPCR, the Seagate is quite noisey and the WD's are quiet. Unfortunatelly, the 500Gb version, which is the recommended one, is £40 more than the 500Gb Seagate. :(

Also looks like its worth me getting a NeoHE PSU.
