Another logitech cs are brilliant thread

After reading a few posts from people i gave logitech cs a email with my problem on my g7 carbon. when i pressed the left mouse button it sometimes double clicks even treble clicks sometimes very annoying. Any way emailed them Sunday night got a mail back today suggesting a few things and asking when and where i brought it from. Already tried there suggestions so mailed back and within 2 hours they mailed again saying they would send me a g9x as the g7 was not available anymore.

You cant beat that for cs on a nearly 3 year old mouse. Anyone have any experience with the g9x is it a good replacement!

nope didnt even ask for proof of purchase let alone a picture of me destroying the mouse

why cant every experience with customer service be like this makes things so much easier and less hassle.

happy days. Received a mail today saying it had been shipped 10 minutes later ups mail me with a tracking number. You really cant fault these guys
