I recently replaced a friends internal wiring leading to there broadband connection – I replaced about 12 foot of wiring, with some high quality Screwfix stuff
Anyway, when it was all coiled up next to their existing phone line it was constant at 2972kbps or something for roughly 18 hours (I had to leave it over night…) and this is what they usually get when the router is plugged into the master socket, so that was all okay. They’re on a profile of 2.5 MB.
But now that I’ve fitted it all in, there line is syncing a lot higher, its now at 4288kbps, but it’s re-syncing every 2 hours or so…
Any ideas what’s going on
