Another my DS3R wont allow 4x1Gb thread...

Just got a P35C DS3R along with an E2200 and 4Gb (4x1Gb) OCZ PC6400.

2Gb works
3Gb works
All sticks of ram individually work

Tried upping the chipset voltage up to +0.1 and +0.2
Tried upping the ram voltage (currently at +0.3 to make 2.1)
Tried bios's F4, F9 and F10
Set all ram timings manually

Basically all the fans spin but nothing else happens

I have this board with that RAM and have no problems. I did initially have issues with 4 gigs on previous Bios releases. In the earlier releases I have to set a setting in the MIT menu for RAM to setting 2. I have the first revision of the motherboard and am on Bios F10. Also, I keep the RAM voltage as standard as the F10 seems to up the voltage for RAM and can be seen in the PC Health area.

I had that board with the F8 BIOS and had no issues at all running 4x1Gb of the OCZ stuff you are using

Tbh, this board is apparently a bit picky with RAM, but I used Geil and had no problems...

Edit: from wha I've read, OCZ causes the most problems.

Hmm, it seems the 3rd dimm slot doesn't work.
The system doesn't boot with any of the sticks in slot 4

Thats annoying. Don't wanna RMA the MB as i'd be without a PC so think i'll swap to 2x2Gb & sell these 2 kits

I had very similar problems with my 965P DS3. Resetting OC and not booting with 4 sticks. After multiple messings about, ive just given up, and am in the process of selling my 4x1GB Corsair and 2x2GB OCZ will be ariving on Tuesday!
