Another neighbour parking issue and a probable solution

We live in a fairly quiet close. About 2 months ago someone park an MG outside of our house. Initially, thought nothing of it as we have a drive and use it.
However, it's started to annoy. Not that it impedes our own parking, but does make the not particularly wide road more difficult for drivers passing by our house.

Had a chat with the neighbours, not their's. If anything, they're more annoyed than us.

Finally got around to checking over the weekend. The DVLA now provide the opportunity to sanity check road tax on a car and sure enough, it's expired. Even tells me that the road test expires in a couple of weeks. One more easy google search and I find the website to facilitate reporting of said vehicle.
In short, good news really. Hopefully it'll be towed in the next few days and disposed of.

Parking thread - check
Rushed to internet before talking to neighbours - oh wait a sec, you spoke to them?
Causing stress and anguish, can't sleep, hearing voices, disabled mother on her last legs - hang about a minute, you did something sensible!

Thread disappoints! Where are the staged photos? The map drawn in paint. Not even a google streetview!

It's an MG Rover. So possibly worth something to be broken as parts for other owners.
I had considered anti-freeze across the bonnet, but being fair, it's not the car's fault, it's the bloody owners and as we have no idea who they are, it's a bit hard to respond.

Actually, is it possible to identify the owner of the car based upon it's reg no?

If its still sitting there after 2 months its probably either been stolen or someones gone abroad and left it with a "secure" car storage/parking company :S

There is no need to poop anywhere in the car. It is essentially poop from factory :p
Though unfortunately this thread does not deliver. We need to see pictures

Quick and very positive update.

Came back on Thurs from working away and the MG has vanished. Maybe the owner has moved it, but I wouldn't be suprised if the council/police towed it for parking illegally.

Result!
