decided to try my first build, my budget is around £800 and will be for gaming only. would like to run games like Arma2 on max. pretty clueless tbh but after searching and looking at other recommended builds i have came up with this:

An ssd isn't need, but it helps speed up loading and opening programs and such. Nice if you can afford it.

I would suggest an aftermarket cooler though. This will enable you to overclock safely and reduce noise. Something like this is perfect: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-036-CM
