Hello!

Just thought I'd sign up to the forums as I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of my overclocked 4.2GHz i7 Haswell bundle (gone for 16gb RAM!) from OCUK!

I'm ashamed to say that this time round I'm being a right lazy swine and letting my mate put my system together :eek:

, but I've instructed him to get the parts from OCUK!

Cannot wait to get my grubby mits on my new PC!

It's not going to set the world on fire, but it will do for my gaming needs...for now! Will eventually look to upgrade to a blu-ray drive and add a sound card, depending on how well the onboard sound is with the mobo. They can wait though, my bank account is still recovering from the money I just spent on this rig! lol

lol yeah I think I've already contracted it! I've been looking at how I can improve the build and I'm tempted to get an ASUS Xonar D2 soundcard. I'm a bit of an audiophile and I'll also be using it for sound editing, so may be a worthwhile purchase!

Indeed, reasonable FPS is what I am after (on ultra settings!) with this build. Hopefully it will surpass my expectations!
