Another new PC needed :D

After my brother saw my parent's new machine he's decided he wants a new pc

He wants to use vista soon, he will use it for light gaming and is willing to spend £350-400. No screen, keyboard/mouse, or OS required.

A smaller case would be good as there isn't a lot of space but doesn't need to be shuttle size or anything. Specs i'm looking at are intel dual core, 1 gig of ram, 160gb HDD, card reader and dvd writer.
