Just need peoples opinions really, my main concern is being able to o/c the q6600 to 3ghz with this setup. Also not too sure on the ram, havent read any reviews on it. Also a little confusing because on the title its advetised as pc8500 but in the description it says pc6400??
Will also probably buy the full retail version of vista home pre 64bit as I dont want to buy an oem copy each time I upgrade my mobo and cant be bothered with hacks etc:p

Thanks!

Not really, just picked that becuase I have no idea of power consumption on a q6600 o/c to 3ghz with a 8800gtx plus that ram looks pretty power hungry to?

You can do slightly better if your spending that amount of money: The pSU is such an overkill.

Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 "LGA775 Kentsfield" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - Retail
Noctua NH-U12F (Socket LGA775/754/939/940/AM2) Heatsink
Gigabyte GA_P35_DS4 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
CellShock 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 PC2-6400C4 800MHz Dual Channel Kit X2
EVGA GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail
Western Digital Caviar RE 320GB 3200YS SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM X2
Samsung SH-183LBEBN 18x18 DVD±RW Dual Layer Serial ATA Lightscribe ReWriter (Black) - OEM
Corsair HX 620W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU
Akasa Eclipse 62 Aluminium Case - No PSU

Total : £1,347.54

The Quad will be around £150-180 when Intel bring in their price drops, good choice.
The Motherboard, is a great overclocker and will also support Intels new 45nm Penryn Processors.
The Memory, top of the range RAM, wont get much better than the Cellshock stuff, will overclock to 1000MHZ pretty easily.
GTX great card, you wont be disappointed.
Very fast and reliable Hard Drives.
The Corsair 620 is one of the best PSUs around and will be plenty of power.
The case is top notch, build quality second to none.
