got a targa sitting here, turtle would be an understatement just want to know although made by 'Targa' who produced the mobo and if upgrades are possible (cpu/ram)..

I found Google brought up some positive results but best not to mention them here due to the FAQs.

the mobo manufacturer doesn't appear anywhere unless I've missed it.

the local recycle is calling out for my oldies. with no job I'm constantly looking for work arounds, would rather buy new stuff :(
