Another one bites the dust

My first 360 (about 10 months old) got the RRoD on Saturday and have finally managed to organise a pick up today. So i'm hoping it wont take long.

A friend of mine had his 360 RRoD on him last month and he has his back at his house, 4 days after he sent it. I hope mine takes just as long hehe :D

Well from the theme of this thread i don't fancy spending my time checking courier websites to check on when my repaired 360 is due. :p (loving the xmas emoticons!!!!)

Well i defo wont be checking any ups websites. Although the amount it costs to upgrade a pc nowadays and the frequency you have to do it, just to play the latest and games is silly. If you got the money to burn though .....

Just didn't fancy waiting for it, yet again. I'm probably getting towards a couple months of being unable to use a service I'm paying for (XBL) due to my consoles failing.

Thought I might as well just get a new one, that way a have the HDMI port, a full warranty for a year, and when the old one comes back I can just sell it on.

Actually thats a good point you raise.

My console has been gone for over 2 weeks now so iv been missing out on valuable xbl time that i am in fact paying for. I'll give em call and see if i can get anything out of em ;) :) :)

They are-but they are so goooood.....

My elite is about to collapse, luckily we have two in the house so any delay isnt felt as much - one month without one is unthinkable.
