What i need is :-

Case & Psu
Motherboard
CPU & Cooler
Ram (2gb or 4gb as will be using Vista 64bit)
GFX Card

No need for Keyboard, mouse, Hard drives, OS and monitor as already have this, so please Help OCUK :D

Yikes... slightly tight price.

Here's one to get you started:

Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66GHz - Retail £81.99 (£96.34)
OcUK GeForce 9800 GT 512MB - Retail £79.99 (£93.99)
Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3 Intel P43 £66.99 (£78.71)
OCZ ModXStream Pro 600w Silent Modular Power Supply £56.99 (£66.96)
Antec 300 Three Hundred Case £36.99 (£43.46)
OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Gold Series DDR2 £32.99 (£38.76)
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler £15.99 (£18.79)

Total: £437 inc VAT and with free delivery for you.

There are other mobo options you might like to consider, like Asus P5Q.

You could check the 'Sale' area, especially for graphics cards and mobo.

You could probably save £15 or more on a different non modular, circa 500w PSU.

You could save £10 and just get 2 GB RAM, but it hardly seems worth it!

This will handle the games you mentioned without a problem. Get the E5200 overclocked and you'll have yourself a decent gaming rig. If you can up the budget, then go for the E7300 CPU, the new wolfdales run cooler and tend to better at overclocking.

The 4670 is a good budget card, should handle itself well up to 1680*1050 resolutions.
