Hey guys need abit more of your wisdom.
A user who uses her own laptop (Although logged in with her domain credentials). When I go to add her to one of our printers, our whole site of printers (around 10 of them) are not showing on the find printer directory. Although every other printer from all of the other sites are shown and are able to connect. Why are my sites printers not showing on her list?
I have also tried installing the printer locally using the IP of the printer, which it finds the printer etc but it isn't printing anything out just giving me PRINTWAIT.
I think the problem may be that her computer is not in our OU, although the problem with that is with it being her personal laptop I don't want the rest of our GP's installing on it. If this is the case is there a way to open the printers up to everyone ( remember she can still see every other printer but ours).
