Another problem

Hey guys.

Need your help again.

Just got a new Gigabyte GTX260 card today and am having a few problems.

The main one is that if I restart Windows, sometimes my monitor is not being triggered?

If I repeatedly press the reset button it will eventually reappear. It will also working if I turn off the machine and try it.

Any ideas?

The rest of my system consists of a C2Q Q8200, P5T Motherboard and 3 hard drives. My PSU is an Enermax 500W.

Could it be that the PSU is having problems providing power or is it just a dodgy card?

Greatly appreciated any help.

Make sure your card is sloted in properly and power cable too. Do you have another PSU you can try? I think it should be enough thou, Do you know how many amps are on the 12v rail?

There is a known problem with the Gigabyte cards BIOSes.

Have a search around the forums.

Seems it may have been the BIOS issue. Have updated it and it appears to be working for now.
