another psu/power question

Hello,

My current PC set up is:-

- q6600 G0 2.4Ghz @ 3.30Ghz ( 367 x 9) @ 1.45v
- HIS 4850 @ 690 / 1153 Clocks
- 2 x 2GB sticks Corsair Dominator 1066 Ram (with Mem cooler)
- 3 x 1tb Samsung F1's (2 in Raid 0)
- 1 x 500gb Seagate Barracuda 7200.11
- Asus P5Q Standard Mobo
- Asus Xonar DX 7.1 Sound Card
- 4 x 120mm LED Antec Tricool Fans on High
- 1 x Blue Antec/akasa 12" Cathode
- 2 x 4" UV AC Ryan Cathode
- Arctic Pro 7 CPU Cooler
- 1 x Antec 200mm Top Case Fan

Would anylike to have a guess/inform me of what my PSU Wattage should be as a minimum / recommended and what happens if you overload a PSU, is it >BOOM< or is it not that dramatic?

I would say a minimum 400W PSU and 450W to have a little headroom.

This is based on QUALITY PSU's not e l cheapo rubbish.
