Another PSU Q

Would a Corsair HX 750W ATX Modular PSU be enough power to run a I7 920 overclocked to 3.6ghz, 1xgtx 295 and a 8800ultra (2 extra monitors for flightsim) 2 hdd's and a blueray dvd drive? My old ocz 1010w psu is starting to sound like a tank.

Prob but tbh I would look at another 1k unit.

Thanks for the answers. I took a quick detour from the M6 today and ended up at OC HQ

. Came away with the 850w model. Nice new building with easy parking even for a HGV.

Nice, it'll last you for years. I didn't realise you could use a 295 alongside an 8800 for any game, quite surprised by this. Fair play though, it'll be good.

The 295 runs a Dell 24" and the 8800 runs 2 19" Works great for flightsim. I also play cod4 on the 24" with no problems.

I use the Biostar T-Power X58 Mobo. It has 2x16 pci slots. Great mobo though it has been removed from OCUK stock.

All in with another hdd for Windows 7 Home Premium. Bit tight around the hdd area but it works!!!. Love the modular psu.
