Another Psu question!

What would you guy's consider to be the best psu?
I'm looking for something around 600w-700w. There are so many to chose from and i'm unsure of what one is the ultimate.

Why do you need that much? For what rig? SLI/Crossfire? Overclocking? Loads of hard drives? Several optical drives?

Looking at my rig could have opted for one down on the Liberty range really.

I would like to run SLI with 2 top of the range cards.
Not sure really how much watts i'll need. Can too much do any harm?

i'll list some of the hardware

Motherboard: A8N32-SLI-DELUXE
CPU: Amd anthlonx64 4600
Graphice: (Not sure yet but it will be something like 2 x 7900gtx)
Hard drive: 10,000 rpm HD and a second hd with about 250gb
2 optical drives
2gb ram
