Another quick check thread

I know this isn't anything out of the ordinary but just wanting a quick check on a build I'm doing for a friend.

Spec looks good, I would be inclined to change the Hard drive to the Samsung F3:

You could lower the psu wattage to 750w which would be plenty for overclock and sli gpu's. (460)

Yeah that was just what I wanted to hear.

The hard drive was my only 'sticking point'. It was a toss up between the Black and the F3.

PSU wattage was the other thing I thought would be mentioned. Would 750 be ok just incase he went SLI?

I'm sure it'll be fine because the newer cards are more efficient than the 200series beasts!

SLI 460 gpu's will pull around 530w with Fur Mark looking at Andantech - link below.

If you go SLi with the graphic cards you have listed then it will be fine. BUT if you step up big time to say two 480GTX cards then it would take some strain.

Nice combination you have put together there.
