ANOTHER RECOMMEND ME A PROVIDER THREAD

I am currently with tiscali and am moving house. I was going to just transfer it to my new address but apparently they dont do this, so I have to cancel and restart a new subscription.

Anyway, as I am looking for a new deal can anyone recommend a good company. I am paying £19.99 at the moment which includes free anytime calls and line rental.

Any suggestions?
