Core i5-750 Processor / LGA1156 / 8M Cache, 2.66 GHz (BX80605I5750)
6GB DDR3-1600+ DIMM Tri-Channel RAM, + Series
DA750 750W Power Supply (Silverstone)
ATI Radeon HD 5870, GDDR5 1GB (EAH5870/2DIS/1GD5)
FT01-BW Black Aluminum ATX Mid Tower Uni-body Computer Case

In Thailand this stuff comes to 1k(not £900), I dont have the amount of choice of OC but is this still a decent setup for the price? The budget can be increased if necessary.

Thanks

youve chosen a socket 1366 motherboard and a socket 1156 CPU so they wont be compatible, youve selected tri channel RAM which is right for the mobo, so you need to change the CPU to a socket 1366, or i7 9xx series
Looks OK other than that, though you could get a lesser spec mobo which would prob do all you needed of it, do you really need the UD7? Will a UD5 or even UD4/UD3 not do? Save a bit of cash
Also what do you intend to use the system for?

Thanks, would be gutted if I ordered that. The main reason I went for the UD7 was the SATA 6G and USB 3.0 but its not essential. Mostly gaming but also some image/video editing.

You can still get those on lower spec models, I think its the A which denotes it has them , so even the UD3R, if you get GA-X58A-UD3R will still have 6Gb/s SATA and USB3
Are the new 6 series ATI cards available there yet?

I will defiantly have a look at the the cheaper motherboards, after the cost went over 1k I was kinda thinking in for a penny in for pound. I haven't seen the new ATI cards, pretty sure they wont be here for at least a month if not more.
