As per the title really. I have been out the loop for a bit but here is what i have come up with: Please comment, tear it apart or come up with you own.

It looks good but if you are going to be overclocking(and from the components I'd guess yes) I'd probably suggest a PSU with a bit more power, the 400w is a good PSU but I reckon something 450w-500w would be better. Maybe drop the CPU back to a 6300 so that you can afford to go for another PSU?
 
well to be honest you can never be to skimpy if you are thinking of overclocking, I would also recommend moving toward a 500w PSU to be on the safe side
