Another spec me a graphics card thread

Chaps , I've been away from gaming for a few years and would like to get back into it again especially after seeing the Battlefront demo.

I built my rig a few years ago and suspect the only thing I'll need to upgrade is the GPU but as I'm so out of touch i'm not sure where to start,so over to you experts if you don't mind pls.

ASUS P8P67 PRO MOTHERBOARD
G.SKILL RIPJAWS-X 12GB PC3-12800 1600MHz
INTEL CORE I5 2500K 6MB - Overclocked 4.6GHZ

MSI GEFORCE GTX 460 1024MB - Current GPU

my monitor res is 1680 x 1050 and that's something else i'm also looking at and as for budget I guess up to £300 or I may as well get a PS4

I've always been an Nvidia fan so am looking at 970's at the mo , can't believe how many there are to choose from!

I guess the higher the clock speeds the better the card will perform.
