My beloved NEC Multisync 20WGX2 got damaged in a recent move and I have decided to upgrade to a brand new 27" (or possibly a 24" if it makes more sense). Here is what I am after:
Ideally after a 1080p res panel because I prefer to play games at max settings at a lower resolution rather than vice versa
I don't play FPS, in fact only casually game at present but still play a fair bit of LOTRO. Watch the odd DVD etc.
I don't need 120 Hz or 3d
I dont need decent connectivity just a DVI/HDI port or 2
Ideally want something that is no worse in terms of image quality than my 20WGX2.
Budget is in the £200 to £300 range.
