save money by getting the ip35 or ip35-pro if you dont mind the slight performance drop for crossfiring from the p35 chipset.
get a smaller case if you want, but for the task of holding everything in that spec the v2000 is in my opinion the way to go, besides it will hold any upgrades you have planned as well including watercooling.
physics cards are not really worth the money as not many games support them but its your money so add one if you really want (i advise against this)
add a bigger or more hdds if you require.
save money by getting only 1 Graphics card unless you have a very big monitor or game at a vey high res.
