Hi all.

Im kinda behind with upgrading and keeping up to date so have a friend came to me for advice and told him best I can do is post in here for you guru's to grind it out.

Budget £500
dual purpose gaming / streaming rig ( games like Dark Souls, Visage, Forager, Dead by Daylight, Overwatch, art streams etc )

Prefer be able to run 2 x HDMI monitors

Wont need hard drives / monitor / keyboard / mouse / OS

Any and all suggestions greatly appreciated, just looking for the best bang for the buck streaming / gaming PC he can get in his budget.

 
 
Honestly I think you might find the streaming part a challenge. That said, if he's happy to combine functions and add streaming load to his gaming machine the above build isn't bad.
 
@Grimley you never fail to knock it out of the park dude ty.

I know it goes slightly over budget but is it worth spending the extra 25 quid for the 2600x? and will see about maybe upping his budget a little for the rx580 also at around 50 quid difference.

its for his wifes rig which is downstairs from his, she is currently streaming on an old fx8320 rig with a gt750 or something, she doesnt do massive fps games but some of the titles shes tried lately (Visage is the perfect example) she suffered with.
 
Is second hand an option to your friend as you could get a RX580 8GB for around £120... I'm not sure of a second hand price for a 2600x but the non X version goes for around £90 used
