Another spec me thread budget 800

Hey all, a mate has asked me for a build to get back into pc gaming, he has a budget of £800, won't require peripherals or monitor.

What would you suggest?

There is a lack of graphics card at the moment and prices have shot up on any that are available.

Spec something up and peeps will suggest changes as needed. There's a "forum/bb code" button in the basket screen, whack your bits in the basket, click the button and post it up.
