The FLEX card doesn't need an "active displayport to DVi" adapter to power three screens.

It can run 3 DVI monitors out of the box.

Thanks, is that 6950 able to be unlocked to 6970? also why the SSD? I have no previous experience with them dont have a clue why they are used?

That 6950 cant be unlocked, the Rev2 cards that use to be able to are no longer available.

A SSD is somewhere to install windows too and a few games, its massively faster than a normal HDD but space is limited so use the 500GB as a storage drive or the rest of the games/steam.
