Another spec request I'm afraid

I've got £500 (max) to spend so what's the best PC I can get for my money?

I've already got a 24" Dell screen, 800W OCZ Power Supply, DVD ReWriter and Speakers and I've got Windows 7 64-bit from University. I've also got 3 x 500GB Hard Drives but want a faster drive if possible.

A new wireless keyboard/mouse would be nice too

EDIT: The computer will be used for Web Development

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't game at all. In my current system I have a GeForce 8800GT so don't mind keeping that to save some cash towards something else. Is AMD my best bet then as I've always gone Intel in the past.
